COASTAL
PSYCHIATRY AND WELLNESS
Mental health is a critical component of overall well-being, and recognizing the need for professional support is a proactive step toward recovery. Consider seeking treatment if you experience persistent symptoms such as prolonged sadness, anxiety, challenges in fulfilling daily responsibilities, noticeable shifts in sleep or appetite, or thoughts of self-harm. Additionally, individuals struggling with interpersonal difficulties, overwhelming stress, or significant life changes may benefit from intervention. Prompt consultation with a mental health professional can lead to meaningful improvement and is highly encouraged when symptoms interfere with quality of life.

Proudly Serving First Responders
At Coastal Psychiatry & Wellness, we are proud to specialize in caring for those who care for us — police officers, firefighters, EMTs/paramedics, dispatchers, military members, and veterans.
We understand the unique demands of these professions, including repeated trauma exposure, irregular shifts, moral injury, and the challenge of maintaining resilience under pressure. Our practice offers confidential, evidence-based psychiatric medication management tailored to the specific needs of first responders. We provide expert support for PTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other conditions that can result from the cumulative stress of the job — all in a respectful, stigma-free environment.

We respect the culture of service and strength that defines first responders. Our goal is to help you restore balance, resilience, and well-being so you can continue doing the important work you love — or transition successfully when needed. If you or a fellow first responder is ready for support, we are currently accepting new patients and would be honored to be part of your care team.
